WhiteGold Solutions was formed to fill a perceived gap in the Australian IT Channel. That gap is one where many distributors do not truly add any value, but instead 'box-drop' their product ranges. What's more, rather than offer this added value - some distributors are often happier to start a price war on certain product ranges against their competition, driving prices down and eating away at the available margins to all concerned. No matter who wins the deal - ultimately everyone loses out to some degree.

We are different. Operating specifically in the niche market of IT Security, we work with niche Resellers in that space. This results in lower quantity of partners, but a significantly higher level of focus and expertise in security. This model provides the following value to those partners;

Better margins, since there are no price wars to wage. Better service and support, since we have fewer Resellers to attend to. This leads to better translation of the service to the Resellers' customer. More focus and intent on pushing specific, niche security products in those niche vertical markets that the Reseller operates in.
